GRETA McGING (Née HAWKINS) Died peacefully at Wantsum Lodge Care Home on 21st March. Born in Chesterfield in 1922. Greta was a Senior Staff Officer in the Dover offices of the NCB. She was the widow of Tom McGing and lived for over 60 years in Pegwell. Greatly missed by her sister, nieces and nephew in New Zealand and by her family and many friends. The Service will take place at Thanet Crematorium on Monday 20th April at 11.20 a.m. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, in memory of Greta for the N.S.P.C.C. c/o H. R. A dear friend to Irene, Cath and Mel, much loved by Angela and Colin and respected by Stephen and Nicholas. Due to current restrictions, there will be a private funeral service at Bradwell Crematorium on Wednesday 28th October 2020 at 11:20am. No flowers by request.
