I left Kinuary in search of work in 1952 with a neighbour, Margaret Connolly (nee McGing). I am daughter of Patrick and Margaret McGing. I met and married Michael McGarry in 1960 and we have two sons, James and John.
I love to visit home regularly.

Mary Mc Garry (nee Mc Ging) at her home in Corby, Northamptonshire, UK and formally Kinuary west, Killawalla, Westport after a short illness.

Predeceased by her husband Michael Mc Garry.

Deeply regretted by her sons James and John, daughter-in-law Margaret, brothers Johnny and Martin (Kinuary), sisters Bridie (Clooncundra) and Kitty (Killala), sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends and relatives.

Graveside service and burial takes place on Thursday 22nd October at 10 o'clock in Shire Lodge Cemetery, Corby.

May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
