Mr. Borowsky is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Borowsky of Chicago, Illinois, and the former husband of Debbie, and the father of Three, Miss Tracy, Miss Mary, and the late Danny Borowsky.

Neil worked for the Chicago Streets and Sanitation Dept. for 30 years.
