Kathleen J. Riordan, 72, of Algonquin, formerly of Chicago, IL passed away on Monday November 13, 2017.

Devoted wife of John Riordan. Beloved daughter of the late Philip and Mary Ida (Leyden) Derrig. Loving mother of Joe (Barb), John (Judi), the late Phillip, Sheila (Kerry) O'Sullivan, Veronica (Jim) Lock, Michael and Julianne (Stacey).

Devoted grandmother of Kevin, Nora, Shane, James, Breida, Damien, Kathleen, Colin, Maggie, Gerard and Caroline.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 3-9:00 PM at the Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin IL 60123.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 AM at St. Robert Bellarmine Roman Catholic Church, 4646 N Austin, Chicago, IL 60630. Burial will follow at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Patrick Fathers.
