GAZDA MARY JANE GAZDA age 91, surrounded by her loving family went to our savior on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016. She was born on April 23, 1925 in Cleveland to Walter and Loretta (Joyce) Theis. Mary Jane lived most of her life in the Cleveland area, working and raising her children. She was passionate about her love for her church, friends and family. She is survived by daughters, Lenore Burden, Mary (Tom) Anthony, and Nancy (Rick) Carver. Sons, Thomas (Rosemary) Stora, James (Gina) Gazda, Gary Gazda, Cheryl Gazda, and Johnny (Priscilla) Grega. 26 Grandchildren, 35 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands Stanley J. Gazda and Joseph A. Grega, and her precious companion Dolly. She was blessed with a life that filled her heart with joy, happiness, and the assurance of Christ our Father. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, Aug. 22, at 11:00 AM at St. Mathias Catholic Church, 1200 West Sprague Rd., Parma, OH. Father Ray Sutter will officiate. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Brookpark. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-6 PM at the PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 210 Medina St., Lodi (330-948-1122), and 1 hour prior to the funeral(10-11 AM) on Monday at the church.
