Survivors include her husband, Calvin D. Cadwallader of Bristolville; mother, Hope Robison of Champion; daughters, Emily Cadwallader of Howland, Allison Cadwallader of Champion and Julia Cadwallader of Ohio; brother, Scott Robison of Indianapolis; and sisters, Kimberly Smith of Leavittsburg and Melani Seaman of Howland.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her father.
Burial will be in Sager Memorial Park, Bristolville.

(Research):AUSTINTOWN - William E. Julius, 80, passed away peacefully late Tuesday morning, Dec. 22, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, with his family by his side.
William was born April 6, 1935, in Youngstown, a son of the late Ernest and Catherine Spencer Julius, and was a lifelong area resident.
He was a 1953 graduate of South High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1953 to 1955. Bill was very proud of his service in the Marine Corps. As a result of his service to his country, on a bus trip to Washington D.C., Bill was given the great honor of placing a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Bill was a well-known local real estate broker and agent in the Mahoning Valley for 50 years. Since 1967, he owned and operated Bill Julius Realty Company.
Bill was an active member of the Austintown Eagles Aerie No. 3298, and of the Saxon Club., and was a member of the CWV John J. Buckley Post on Steel Street in Youngstown, and of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He had also been a member of the former ITAM Post No. 3 in Youngstown.
Mr. Julius had a great love for God, his family, and his country. He was a member of St. Christine Church in Youngstown, and enjoyed golf, travel, poker, and visiting casinos. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
Bill will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, and friend who had a positive impact on the lives of the many people he encountered on life's pathway. He loved to make others laugh, and he didn't like to see people sad.
He leaves his beloved wife, Joan Colgan Julius, whom he married Oct. 19, 1957; four children, Judy (Ken) Larson of Austintown, Jeff (Suzanne) Julius of Flower Mound, Texas, Jacquie (Frank) Kelley of Lakewood, and Jodi (Paul) Rowe of Garfield Heights; eight grandchildren, Zachary Larson, Katrina Larson, Jordan Julius, Grant Julius, Christian Julius, Brian Kelley (Becky), Erin Kelley, and Kathleen Kelley; four great-grandchildren, Aiden, Avery, Brady, and Evelyn; two sisters, Mary Ann Jackson of Apopka, Fla. and Teresa (Tim) Glassburner of Seminole, Fla.;a sister-in-law, Maribeth ("Doby") Dobrindt of Austintown; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, who were very close to him.
Committal services will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Austintown.
