Brendan Lally, 65 years of age and resident of Woodridge, Illinois, passed away on March 31, 2025, in Genoa City, Wisconsin.



Brendan was born on February 4, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, to Peter and Penelope (nee McGing) Lally. He was the second of five children born into a big Irish family that was witty, loud, political and opinionated in all the best ways. Brendan was quieter than most of the family, but shared the same wit, work ethic and was a kind soul. From a very early age, he and his twin brother Brian were famous for riding the L unaccompanied, setting fire to a hillside in CA, and many other antics only twins would understand. Additionally, Brendan was an avid reader, and loved music, especially Fleetwood Mac. He spent many years riding his bike and skiing. More than anything, he loved dogs,especially his baby Agave.

Brendan is survived by his twin brother Brian Lally (Maria Lally) and sister Mary Ellen (nee Lally) Parello (Scott McArthur). He was preceded in death by his brother Sean Lally (Mary Lally) and sister Sheila (nee Lally) Mabry (Rich Feddor).

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, take your dog for a nice long walk, buy them a treat from their Uncle Bundy, or donate to your local animal shelter in Brendan's memory.
