Colleen Murphy provided this infomration about this person and the affiliated Ronans - her source is the South Mayo Centre. But I found a Roger Ronan whose son John married in 1871 but he was described as a bachelor, not a widower so it could not be the right Roger/John combination.

Note that I have a dna matc h down this Ronan line that leads here

This link leads to a Julia McGing who is not connected to the main McGing line. Obviously it should be but how is the question. Julia McGing resided in Churchfield, Mayo, IrelandG, on March 31, 1901.¹
